Hi, what I usually do is double tap and hold, then slide left or right. That gives me better control than what Voice Over does because of the fixed increments that Voice Over uses.

On this thing, the rotor must be set to adjust value before I can adjust anything. Adjust value does not appear in the rotor until I have touched something I want to adjust, then it won't adjust it until I put the rotor to adjust value.
