Currently I am running Siri female the larger on my phone, not sure if it uses
Kindle or not but was reading my Bible from Kindle very well. I was also
reading an iBook yesterday and with the rate at 55 to 60 I actually could hear
it better than Alex, even though I think I still prefer Alex. Figured I'd give
it a try at least.

Male Siri although okay for asking questions was not at all easy to listen to
when reading long passages.

I probably will get Alex back soon, but figured it was worth a try not to have
to listen to Samantha who I have never cared for.

Subject: Siri voice for voice over

I first upgraded my for S. And I tried both Siri voices and was very unhappy,
because of the really long pauses between sentences and lines. But just
recently, I bit the bullet and upgraded my 5S, which will soon be replaced with
a 6S, whenever T-Mobile gets them in ships one out to me.
Since my favorite female voice is not available for reading Kindle books on the
iPhone, and since they have screwed it up on the android version of Kendall,
where you get unnatural pauses between lines with that same voice, Kendra, I
tried the Siri female voice. And I think I'm going to really try to live with
it. It is certainly better than Samantha. So for those of you who don't care
for Samantha, and have something faster than the four ss, give it a try.
