Since I have an iPhone and and an iPad Air, I upgraded to IOS 9 on both devices. I also chose the Siri enhanced US female voice for both of them. But, the strange thing is that, although both voices sound alike, their quality and intonation is very different. When they read the home screens they read them alike, but, when I used them in the Kindle app, they were very different. Siri on my iPhone 6 had good intonation and was very expressive; however, on the iPad, she did not pronounce words as well and she did not pause after either a comma nor a period. I wonder why there should be such a difference between Siri on the iPhone and Siri on the iPad?
