I was using the button on the earpiece as the article that Gary posted said 
worked so well so you wouldn’t have to take your phone out of your pocket to 
interact with Siri.

I guess maybe that really isn’t the case unless you have really tiny fingers 
that don’t block the microphone or something.

Hi Richard,

 

Are you using the home button to activate Siri rather than the clicker? I tried 
using the clicker at one time, but I think that when I did that, my hand 
blocked the mic, so Siri didn't work well. Once I started using the Home button 
to activate Siri, I stopped having trouble being understood by Siri.
