I'm guessing this isn't wifi calling but rather Settings -> Phone ->
Calls on Other Devices. This allows you to receive calls on other
devices on the same network.

Hello everyone,
I have a 5 s which I am using only as a device while i use my iPhone 6 as my
phone. I have Verizon as my carrier, but, this 5 s is an ATT phone. When I
receive a telephone call, both phones ring. I assume this is some type of WiFi
call, but, I can not make a call from the 5 s. I realize that it has no
service, but, I am able to answer calls with it. I am able to make facetime
calls with the 5 s. Can anyone explain this to me? When I try to make a call,
it says I have no service. I understand this, but, how is it that I can
receive calls? I am just curious.
