Sieghard, thanks for trying to help. Both of my phones say the same thing, make and receive calls. One is a 6 verizon phone, which is my network. The 5s belonged to my brother and was on ATT, but, of course is now deactivated. I am able to answer calls just fine with it. Well, it isn't really a big deal, but, if I was doing something wrong, I thought maybe we could fix it. Let me know if you ever get yours to work. Thanks again.
