Hi Fazil, I have an Otterbox Defender case as well (which I never use any more), but the first thing I did was to punch out the screen protector. The Otterbox Defender has such a big edge that even if the phone falls touchscreen down, it is extremely unlikely that the screen ever touches the ground and I just don't like screen protectors. The screen protector is glued in and if you start at one corner, it is not too hard to get it off. It is of course anybody's choice, I am not that worried about my screen since it is made from extremely hard glass. I have had the iPhone 4, 4S, 5S and now the 6S and I have dropped any one of them many times without screen protector and never had a problem.
