For whatever it's worth, the Echo does integrate with Pandora, as far as other
music services go. It also plays content readily available on TuneIn.

Subject: RE: iPhone music and Amazon Echo

Hi Daniel,

I am not so sure if in the case of the Amazon Echo this is only Apple's fault.
They are, after all, available on Sonos and I wonder if Amazon wouldn't
consider it counter to promoting their own music service. As far as I know
Amazon Echo also doesn't integrate with other popular services such as Spotify,
Deezer, Tidal etc. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm sure while Amazon has these third
party integrations that in some cases they want to push their own offering.

Regards,
Sieghard

Unfortunately, it will not. Those requests only go to Alexa. I wish Apple would
get their heads out of their asses, and loosen up a bit as far as letting other
platforms integrate with Apple Music, but that probably won't happen when we
are alive.
