Well, I am not subscribed to Google play music. I know you can get some of it for free. But I don't think you can ask Google assistant to play such and such a song from Google music, can you? I have a hard enough time getting google to just open an app without presenting me with some stupid screen requiring that I double tap something to say yes, I do in fact want to open this app. And Google doesn't have a walled garden. Therefore, I think the whole thing is a lot more complicated than you seem to think it should be. Mary
