OK Google does have a set of music commands. Check out
http://www.cnet.com/how-to/complete-list-of-ok-google-commands/
Also, you shouldn't always be getting a dialog asking if you indeed want
to run an app. I suspect this is because you have multiple apps on your
phone which can all do the same thing but you haven't specified a
default, which you can do by double tapping the always button when you
get that dialog.
