I have never had this issue. I use the logitech easy switch k811. But others I have talked to and helped, just turn there keyboard off, and back on after 30 seconds, and it seems to fix this issue. Since the public beta will be out tomorrow, I can let you know you will be pleasantly surprised with this issue among others. They have squashed a lot of voiceover bugs. Frequently while using a Bluetooth keyboard with my iPhone 6, the keyboard will enter incorrect characters. This has occurred with a Logitech K380 and an Amazon Basics keyboard. Character errors seem to be random, so I don’t think this is a case of the keyboard being somehow switched to a Dvorak keyboard or to another language. I frequently use a Bluetooth keyboard at the same time I am using a Bluetooth earpiece, although the problem does not happen only while I am using the earpiece. The only solution I’ve found so far is to shut down and then again power up the iPhone. This makes using an external keyboard pretty unreliable.
