Turn off Voiceover and then turn it back on with the keyboard connected.

This has occurred with a Logitech K380 and an Amazon Basics keyboard. Character errors seem to be random, so I don’t think this is a case of the keyboard being somehow switched to a Dvorak keyboard or to another language. I frequently use a Bluetooth keyboard at the same time I am using a Bluetooth earpiece, although the problem does not happen only while I am using the earpiece. The only solution I’ve found so far is to shut down and then again power up the iPhone. This makes using an external keyboard pretty unreliable.
