Hi. Have you had the issue where the audio is routed to the ear piece instead of the phone’s speakers?

For me it is almost instant, maybe a second or so delay. I highly suggest you allow these push notifications to show on the lock screen, this way you can double tap on it, you then have to unlock your phone (I use Touch Id so it’s usually very quick) and then the Ring app automatically opens and goes to the screen where you can see (if you can see) who is there, you have only three buttons on that screen, End, Talk and another one which if you want to simply start to listen live you have to tap. This screen is in landscape mode with the home button to the right and this can’t be changed and it can sometimes be a bit sluggish, but it works.
