Hi Richard. I tried just for the heck of it and it wasn’t doable. The regions 
show as headings and not as links or a combo box. Clicking on them with the 
mouse cursor also did nothing.

Also, I tried it with VoiceOver and Safari on my iPhone.  No good either.

The Honeywell thermostat itself with the app is completely accessible. The web 
site where you have to create an account is not accessible.

The app works great and it has a voice command feature in the app that you can 
tap the microphone button and say things like turn heat up 2 degrees, what is 
the tempreture, or what is the humidity. With both the tempreture and humidity 
questions, it gives you both the inside and outside amounts.

 

Since your thermostat has a Mac address, you can control it from anywhere that 
you have WiFi.

The app is fabulous. But, you need sighted assistance to create the account.

I will be writing Honeywell a detailed letter about this.
