Chris, you said you complete the surveys or ignore them. My problem is they will not allow you to complete your purchase without filling in something. Granted, you can put anything in the field you like, but the point is why should I have to give any more than my name, address and payment. I would voluntarily, gladly give feedback where I heard about them, etc., but voluntarily.
