Hi,
Why not just put dashes or X's in the edit field? I don't know how many
times I've seen people use something like [email protected] when info is
required that they don't want to give.

Subject: Really Speeddots?

Just made a purchase from their site. I could not give them my money until I
filled in a field "where did you hear about us".

Smacks of desperation for recognition and arrogance over their customers. I
am highly disappointed what has previously been excellent experiences with
them has been soured with this petty control.
