I think Apple can safely blame T-Mobile since your voice mail has nothing to do with Apple, it’s a service T-Mobile offers and controls.

For me the problem is frustratingly inconsistent. Sometimes my voicemails show up right away, at other times it can take days. This unpredictability makes diagnosing and addressing the problem nearly impossible from a user's perspective. I suppose my next step will be an email to Apple who, doubtlessly, will blame TMobile. So frustrating! I have experienced times when in the T-Mobile app, I’ve been told to turn off Wi-Fi. I always figured it had something to do with T-Mobile needing to communicate over the actual T-Mobile connection, rather than through Wi-Fi. This is an Apple issue, I wonder if it’s affecting other GSM/LTE phones as well, such as those on AT&T. It does seem rather bizarre. On more than one occasion, I have seen long -- and I mean days long -- delays in receiving voicemails on my iPhone 7 with T-Mobile. For example, someone left me a voicemail on Monday night and I didn't receive it until this morning. When I called T-Mobile to complain I was told that the delay is caused by my phone having been connected to the wifi network in my house and that the only way to address the problem is to be disconnected from wifi. This explanation seemed so absurd that I questioned the customer service rep, even repeating the information back to her. She assured me that this was the "solution" that was recommended by apple for what is a known issue. As I said, this is not the first time I've seen this problem since becoming a T-Mobile customer. However, it is the first time I could exactly pinpoint the time-line of the delay. But the solution of not connecting to wifi just seems ridiculous. Does anyone have any thoughts? I feel like this is something I really can't live with. Kim -- Kimberly -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
