Dear Robin & List: If you want too reboot the phone after an IOS update and find it is still working strangely, go to settings general, select reset at the bottom of the list. Select reset everything. This does a more comprehensive clear-out of the phone, erasing any junk left from the IOS upgrade. You may lose network passwords; however it is worth it to have to re-input them.
