Hi, Bonnie, I was having trouble with my battery last year and it would normally go down to 20% before the day was over each day. I had the battery replaced last December but it didn’t work much better. Since I wanted to have a reliable phone when I was going to the NFB convention, I bought a new one. Do you still have Apple Care? If you do, the cost of the battery should be minimal.
