Are you sighted trying to help your almost blind Grandmother and what is your Grandmother's ability when it comes to technology? Has she been using a smartphone and computers when she could still see and has an understanding abut basic concepts or would it be completely new to her? Knowing this would probably help a lot when somebody tried to help out.
