Everything is completely new to her, yes. And me as well as it pertains to the blind community. As far as I am aware, computers are not her thing. She is aware of them but through me only. I have never been in this position to teach anyone anything but I am not afraid of constructive criticism and hard work. She will be a challenge that is for sure. We are starting from scratch and she refuses at this point to let someone help her. I know this is her denial stage but if I can get her to just pick up the darn phone it's a start.
