I can't tell you what the problem was apart from what I stated earlier
basically the phone just locked and would't move any which way. to fix
it you press the volume up button first and them the volume down button
and finally press the power button in holding it in for about a minute
or a minute and a half. by which time you're phone should have gone off
and reset itself. hope that is of some help to you. Janet
