I tried to manually back it up using settings, icloud, backup, and after about 15 minutes and getting to 5%, a message came up saying the backup has failed. I know it says the backup happens when the phone is locked, on wifi, and plugged in. I believe it has sat charging all night during this time and no backup. What do I need to do? Thanks.
