Hello, I have done this to no avail, the issue is when the voice over issue occurs, intermittently I cannot even hold down the power button and home button without anything happening nothing happens when I do that as I mentioned before the phone becomes unresponsive... The buttons, on the phone work well it's just the phone itself/screen
