Hi sorry for the confusing they gave me a replacement device I just do not understand why the touch screen becomes un responsive during using VoiceOver and that the issue is intermittent, in addition when closing apps I get a black screen with white spinning circle & there is also an issue with Siri and the screen locking to fast when asking her to perform tasks, VoiceOver Is still active, should I replace my current replacement? These issues expect for Siri are intermittent
