I will try doing that however my issue is that this is intermittent and when I hold down the home and power button that's fine, but the issue is I cannot get the phone to power off ... I can go back to Apple, but I'm wondering if they're just giving me the device and not a new one? What troubles me, is the fact that this issue cannot be solved by Apple this is my first replacement on my iPhone 4S and this issue has happened again....
