It does seem strange that you would have the same issue with two straight 
devices. But i don't really think they would give you back your phone and claim 
it was a new device. Is that what you are thinking happened? I wasn't sure by 
your wording. However, I do think it is the case that you are likely to get a 
refurbished replacement for a 4S.
