Hello there. It has been my experience with BlindSquare that as long as you're 
moving, it will announce the street that you were coming up to as well as what 
direction you're going. Of course if your GPS signal is bouncing due to tall 
buildings or trees or something else which interferes, then it may not be 
accurate. However this the same for all GPS programs. In terms of BlindSquare 
specifically, what I did to make it better for me was make it so only streets 
are announced. If I am walking around for the most part I do not care to know 
which restaurants or places of interest are by me. The only time I would do 
this is if I am wanting to specifically explore the area to see what is really 
around. However for normal walking, I just want the streets.
