If you have set up an online account, it is quite easy to change your plan. I have just done it myself. I am using a windows 7 laptop and Jaws 14. If you do it successfully, you will immediately get a confirmation e-mail.
Good luck. Lois -----Original Message----- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Raul A. If you're asking on a purely technical level as in the ability to do it, the answer is yes. If you go to the my account section on AT&T's website just sign in and go to the area to change of plan. However I do not know how accessible this is from windows, the Mac, or your eye device. --- Sent from Raul's iPhone - (832) 554-7285. Please excuse any dictation or auto complete errors. Thus, I'm trying to figure out if I'm the only one who isn't able to change this type of plan, or if allAT&TMobile Share data plan users are stuck with this problem. The customer service representative did tell me she saw no reason why I couldn't change my plan myself; but, well, we all know how those things can sometimes be. > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. > To search the VIPhone public archive, visit http://www.mail-archive.com/viphone@googlegroups.com/. > To post to this group, send email to viphone@googlegroups.com. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to viphone+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/viphone?hl=en. > --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VIPhone" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to viphone+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/groups/opt_out. > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
