Oh, grin, I could change to the Mobile Share plan online myself,
too. But, now, once I've done that, I'm no longer able to change
my rate plan. I can add features and the like to it, but I am
told I need to call customer service if I want to change my rate
plan itself.

Actually, once you've signed up for a mobile share plan, you're

Now, keep in mind I could be wrong, but that's the info I was
