Hi. I didn't there was a rate plan any more when using the mobile share plan 
because its unlimited texts and minutes.  I could be misunderstanding 
completely though but this is how I understand the mobile share plan with AT&T. 
It is what I have and there are no limits on text and minutes. So that to me 
would mean that there is no rate plan to adjust.
