Hello,

Actually, once you've signed up for a mobile share plan, you're instructed to 
call customer service to make changes to said plan. The change my rate plan 
option on the website is only for non-mobile share plans, unfortunately.
Now, keep in mind I could be wrong, but that's the info I was given by a 
representative, and on the website when I looked a while back.
