Hi All,
My daughter had to replace her iPhone over the weekend. Before taking
the damaged one back, she backed it up to her laptop. But when she
attempted to restore to her new phone, the laptop won't recognize it.
In fact the laptop doesn't recognize "any" usb devices. The new phone,
on the other hand, is recognizable when we plug it into other
computers.
The problem is she can't get her contacts etc. off the laptop. So I'm
wondering is it possible to restore content over a wifi connection?
Thanks in advance.
