David, I can't count the number of times I've done exactly that. Unfortunately, 
I'm pretty sure that the bug in iOS 6 which makes Safari jump to a previous 
item on the page  when just flicking through it is not a problem with my 
touching the screen. It always goes back to the exact same location each and 
every time. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, as my flicking down the page for a 
while should cause the text on the page to scroll. And if it was a problem with 
my touching the screen, it would jump to a new piece of text, not back to the 
same piece of text it did before. I hope that if this is a bug, it got fixed in 
iOS 7. I hope that made sense.
