If this was the first upgrade which received this particular complaint, I would
suspect the same thing. However, I keep a sampling of reported touch problems
that users are having for my research, and the exact same complaint has been
stated for the past few upgrades. Each time, it is stated that touch is
inconsistent now, but it was better in the previous version.

I am able to consistently duplicate the reported VO tracking problems by
following the steps I outlined in my previous message, and tracking is not a
problem when the corrective suggestions I state are consistently used, by
myself, students, and participants we have tested. If tracking problems are
reported by quite a few more people after the next few weeks, I will look into
doing another round of testing. However, as each round utilises significant
resources, and thus far, it sounds like the previous VO upgrade reactions, I
will hold off for now.
