Hi Chris and Rafal, Maybe you already did this, but have you rebooted your phone after upgrading? If not, give it a try. I have no issues whatsoever with Voiceover jumping over apps when I swipe or not finding an app as I swipe, I can start at the top left and swipe through all my apps on the home screen forwards and backwards, I can activate vertical navigation and go up and down as well.
