An amusing reply. Since none of us is able to see your iDevice, the only thing we can do is make educated, trouble-shooting, guesses. Since you do not want trouble-shooting suggestion assistance, please take your iDevice to an Apple Store for genius bar assistance, your carrier store for potential assistance, or call Apple's accessibility support. However, please be aware that all of the above, but especially the telephone call, will bring about trouble-shooting guessing to attempt to find the actual problem so it may be resolved.
