Chris is absolutely correct in his description. One thing to add is that when I went into the ‘Language and dialects’ option and toggled the voice to HQ it just sat on ‘Waiting to download’ and never started it. I had to actually go to the default language and change it to a different language (well actually a different dialect of English) and then go into the British English dialect once again and then it would let me download the HQ voice fine. I could then swap back to that dialect if I wanted to.
