Hi Robin, You hit it! I had to change to Australian English and the download commenced after I turned on enhanced quality for that dialect. Unfortunately, the voice sounds exactly the same, certain vowels are still being clipped. I realize listening to speech is subjective, but I do wonder whaT enhanced voices people like.
