Put in thumb and 2 fingers almost 5 days ago, still working fine no matter which finger I touch. Try taking a paper towel or something very soft and as dust free and wipe home button. May help. I have extremely dry finger pads too so maybe helps too. I thought too I would have problems, but seems to be working. Now watch, next time it will stop! (smiley) Oh, have you tried turning off and on the phone?

It’s the same for me too so I was wondering if anyone on this list knew if this was likely to be fixed with a firmware update. I can program in a finger or thumb and it works fine for a day or so then it doesn’t work – not even a small percentage of the time – it just never works thereafter until I reprogram and then it works 100% of the time for a day or so. Any comments welcomed, Robin. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. Post a new message to VIPhone by emailing [email protected].
