I had my neighborhood heating and air conditioning guy install it. I have it set to lower the temperature after 11:00 PM and to raise it at 7:00 AM. With my iPhone on my night stand, I can make any adjustments right from my bed. :) Only thing that would make it better would be if it could bring me my morning coffee. maybe on the next update.
