Hi, It sounds like you are not connected to wifi. YOu have to find out what the password for your wifi is. It's not necessarily the same as the passcode for the router. You could try it anyway. If not, there might be a way to reset the wifi password by logging on to your router with the passcode you know and resetting it. It's a bit involved so Id first try to find out the wifi password. Updating via iTunes as others have suggested is a good possibility but if you ever want to use the wifi network you will need that password.
