Hello, back in the IOS 7 days, I could move apps. into and out of folders, and the folders themselves. I tried moving an app that I had installed back into it's folder, and couldn't make it work. I double tap and hold, get the usual sound, but then can't find anything else on the screen! I'm on the latest version of IOS , using an iPhone 5. any help will be appreciated!
