Hi Mary Anne,

The bug seems to be not so bad as that for most people. I can move apps just 
fine as long as they are not in the last row above the dock. Also, if you move 
one app and another won't move, just press the home button in between and then 
start again with double tap and hold and it should be fine.

No, that ability to move apps got broke with iOS *. Used to work great and 
could move any app from anywhere. Now, I might be able to move one app, then it 
jus tstops working and I can't move any more apps. Another huge anoying bug.
