*this* is your only problem, don't look at configurations or other stuff. The 
machine must not hang in any condition.

However, this kind of sure-freeze sounds quite strange to me, please double 
check your installation.

If the PBX is connected to a S0 port it will be the opposite, it will be vISDN 
assigning the TEI to it.

So, you have to solve this before anything else.

It's not a matter of weakness, it is a bug in the code. Double check you are 
running the correct modules and try to gather an OOPS, otherwise there are 
few chances I would be able to fix it.
