We dropped our support plan this year. With no patches or new features we could not justify the expense just to be able to call tech support. In all actuality we've never called tech support in the 3 years we've had VOPMail except for the initial setup of the Migrator. We're a small ISP and have never had any problems with VOPMail. If any Vircom folks read this I will say that it was the lack of patches/upgrades that helped in our decision to use Postini for filtering rather than upgrade to Modus. Why would I buy another product from a company that is not interested in supporting the one I have already? I kinda feel shafted with VOPMail, we keep using it because at the moment it's the most cost-effective solution. In retrospect I wish we would have spent the extra $$$ and went with IMail from Ipswitch. Just my two cents worth. Jason ----- Original Message ----- From: "Frank M.
