What do you make of the three experiments in the first paper by Miles et
al. in which there was significant excess heat seen in the Pd-Ce/D system
but no helium (see p. 34)?  Were the experiments in error?  Was the helium
not effectively liberated?  Was something else going on?

If you take a system with a palladium cathode and a tungsten anode, will
you get the theoretically expected ratio?  What about a copper anode?  What
if you use 1A/cm^2 instead of 100 mA/cm^2?
