It is surprising to hear only benign comments about Mills when the issue with Mills is that there he offers far less information than Rossi and no one seems has even tried to replicate his work/claims. Russ, Sorry, but that is inaccurate. Mills has dozens of peer reviewed publications, including Fusion Technology. There are actually several full replications - a few from Universities. You should visit his site sometime. Rossi has no peer reviewed publication that I know of. Jones
