I meant 1 MW, not 600 kW. 600 is the number of square meters in the
customer's side of the plant, which was reportedly terra icognito for this
test.

I refer to this paragraph:

The unidentified customer (‘JM Products’) using the thermal energy from the
> MW plant, had its equipment at the official address—7861, 46th Street,

That's 7861 NW 46th St, Doral, FL 33166 This is the building previously
discussed. You can view it on Google maps, and somewhere I saw a floorplan.
You can see from the Google overhead view that it is subdivided into 8
companies, with loading docks in the back. The building is 347' by 152',
total 52,744 sq. ft. 1000 m^2 = 10,000 sq feet, or 1/5th of the building.
That is plausible.

By the way, this report also says the fluid was circulated, and it came
back from the customer at 60˚C. It was not vented. Process heat is never
entirely use up. That's impossible. So, the returning fluid would also add
to the heat in the reactor and the room.
