That is the only logical purpose for their endeavor and they are very logical and precise people. (well, the only purpose aside from being the first to propose a theory behind the breakthrough: i.e. from the more noble i.e. "Nobel" perspective).
I agree, Puthoff is, above all else, an academic. Any academic would
love to have the title Nobel Lauret after his name. Spending the
$500,000 would put a smile on his face too.
